How would you rig or animate an opening wired panel
My actual panel is not this complicated. But setup is basically the same. Door has wires connected to the body and the required animation involves opening this door while maintaining all wire connections and door hinge points (i.e. door doesn't detach or disappear). Hi Mladen, yes the polycount was definitely an issue, not so much for the renderer, i dunno where the limit for the scanliner is, my biggest mesh i baked without probles was 30mio quads. oh, something I always do is change the "H" shortcut from "select from scene" to the "selection floater" I don't know why the two exist and select from scene is the default because it's just a shittier version of the selection floater. The lighting is quite dull. Most of the time why environments don't look right despite the fact that models and textures are good is because of lighting. It's one of the harder parts of getting a scene to look good. For now, think about what sort of lighting can help bring the scene out more. I tried a very rough example… -

I'm a fan of vibrantly colored scenes, but this scene lacks color variation. If you look at nice colorful foliage you will notice it's not all just one shade, but they are made up of slightly different hues working together. For example grass can have tones ranging from green to yellow-green, maybe even some hints of blue.… -
