Small update, got a little bit more done. Still need to paint the enemies in the foreground and maybe add some varying vegetation like different flowers and vines. [IMG][/img]
i would love some feedback about that project im doing, its still work in progress and it misses textures and details. i want to populate the grass with the grass and flower meshes i did on the right (2nd image)
Looking good :+1: I think with the final asset, some of the forms of the sculpt got lost, in particular with the head. This probably in part due to the different lighting/ reflections between the matcap highpoly render and final render. It's up to you (or how you intend to render) to what extend you paint highlights into…
Perhaps placing something on top of their blankets would help signify death and mourning. A flower, a make-shift cross, a helmet or sword. It might be a little 'on the nose' though. Your call.
@sacboi Thanks man. I'll do some still life for my next paintings! I was close to taking some in-person classes on painting flowers with acrylic, but then covid hit.
absolutely amazing, great work (Y)... Only thing I could pick out was that the pink flower on your fourth screenshot is completely static as the rest of your foliage is moving.

Nice scene! Perhabs some reddish or so flowers or some other small plants, here and there, just to have some contrast with mostly blue color? Anyhow, keep it up!

Looks cool but good god how big are those flower petals at the bottom of the screen? Are they falling in front of the player or are they on the ground? Because they look like each petal is a foot long.
