well i am used to creating a huge/infinite bleed around uv's just because it look nice, for presentation purposes but when baking 4k texture for example you can only have maximum of 64 pixels. any way around this? you can do it in substance painter but I don't like that airy fairy look it produces
I thought I could get used to it, but the "new" floating box inside max is seriously starting to piss me off, it moves constantly. Any way to revert it back to the old 2009 style? I don´t know what I did, but every object in my scenes are transparent. I can turn on see through and it turns it on(in fact the model just gets darker) The only solution for me is to turn of transparency,but i don´t want that.Does anyone know how to fix this problem?:(

Hello,I'm trying to model a tree.I've used both 3pointshader and xoliulshaderII but I couldn't get rid of that problem.Alpha-mapped plane doesn't shows up the other planes underneath.That notorious problem prevents me to place alpha planes correctly and also looks wrong.I'm using max 2012.Picture: Thanks.
