Nitewalkr- Right now it's a bit of a pain for me to get the server set up. I have to start Steam up in offline mode(so I can play during lunch at work), then manually get the server started within the game menu. I'm definitely down for setting up a dedicated server for it, it's just a matter of when that'll be possible(it…

Good for you, I hope you enjoy it. When you're looking into GPU's, look for a Radeon 6870 or a GTX 560. Anything less will be too little gain for your money. Good luck!

Epic's "standard" development hardware features the top-end i7, 16Gb of memory and a 680GTX; so it's not like they didn't throw a fuckton of processing muscle in order to do it.
The UE4 demo was also running on a consumer level system with an i7 and a single GTX 680. I highly doubt the same can be said for the Agni demo, as much as I'd love to see visuals like that being feasible in the near future.
I can one better and link to the thread. Well it seems the beta section of the forum is gone or closed but I did find this thread. They mention the use of CFG and it's a little technical, you have to read it really. It took me about 10 mins to figure it out cause they have different settings to suit each persons PC.…
What Skamberin said. If epic just made a newer gears of War that handled dynamic lighting better and more destructive environments, no one really notice what's new or better about the engine. Also I'm sure they want the game to run well on average pc hardware and not just 680s like the latest ue4 tech demo.
