Well ... to some extent you've pretty much answered your own question already : you get the output from Wrap, then attach it to whatever body you need it to be attached to (either by actually welding verts, or by just manipulating normals at the edges to make things visually seamless). Wrap3 doesn't "autoretopo" anything…
I'm modelling a spiky scaled dragon and I'm going to retopo this later. Then it's going to be baked, textured and rendered to look as realistic as possible. With the retopoing, should I retopo the spike scales as well or can this all be done in displacement maps? Just not sure how detailed/complex the retopo has to be.
Seriously? Dude, those floors are retarded. I'm going to apologize for any offense I may cause, but I am going to be 100% blunt right now, as being nicer in my critiques has yet to get you to listen. You're floors look like they were designed by a moron! Could you imagine walking down the hallway with big gaping holes like…
A bike I'm working on. Close to complete. Current Progress: Render in Marmoset. 1024x2048 (diffuse, spec, normal, gloss, reflection (not appplied)) Lowpoly: ~18000 tri's Highpoly:
Yea, im with synista on this, just looks like two skinny penises hooked together by a shoe horn or somethin. I don't really like it, maybe some kind of huge kick ass engine on the back and some kind of wind shield on the front, just looks like a hunk of metal atm. It's just so...oddly shaped and really blocky.
and i wanna know whats wrong with the shading in particular like the lighting look just wrong i wanna know whats bad about it im pretty sure anatomical its okish (even though it bit hard to tell what gender it is lol) so could some one maybe re-light it or tell us what is wrong like does it meed reflective light or what,…
Obviously use this if you haven't since "bumpiness" has been brought up. //assuming you are already just worth mentioning again. Things to mention, if you are making it your own that is a cool challenge. If you are replicating it, yes indeed you would need every occurrence of the vehicle. When i tried to use references…
In a vanilla walk, the root moves from start to end in a linear movement. So that means that you should do that too. You set key 1 at the start key 2 at the end and set the tangents of the root's translation to linear, like this (sorry for the crappy gif): So this will give you a good feeling if something is off. You…
Tulkamir that's not a new feature! Usually happens when you are fucking around with uv's or have done an illegal operation it was not expecting hence it's gone instantly with no crash and save to file. I seriously ctrl + s like every 10 min at work and at home, it's just not worth the frustration. fmnoor, none of those are…
Hello, I need to render an high poly hard surface object meant for 3D concept design. I'd like to add some decals on the surface so my question is: is it possible to add a 2D image like you would do in keyshot without having uvs? I don't mind paying for a plugin if it's available somewhere but I already checked the…
