Haha, that trailer was so completely not threatening at all. Felt more like an infomercial than horror. I laughed several times. But yeah, I could see where the actual film would be creepy as shit.

Very nice horror vibe going on. Though I kinda agree with quake, the door needs a bit of light. Maybe add some glass and have a light source outside the door in the hallway.
