Hello, When you said you have two characters to model. Will they have some kind of special items like weapons, bags, etc or just a char with a simple suit? Yellow tint before, calibrated it looks very neutral, greys are grey, whites are white, etc. I didn't find any concrete answers but I believe the biggest difference is support for multiple monitors on one system with the Elite model, which is really important IMO. go with a sans serif font at best its more neutral cut those polycount icons theres no reason for them, its nice that you like polycount but its strange , im also more for the horizontal layout from before but both are ok those thin borders on the pictures also don't really add anything Where has your name go ? -

I'd say jump few subdivisions back and work on overall forms. Some places little lumpy. Your references are good, but I think you should get some more anatomical stuff. IE. try to observe placement and structure of eyes, right now they are somehow off. Also I think I'd go with more neutral facial expression. -
