@Dinka Good start however there is something wrong with it, it looks kinda fuzzy, blurred for some reason, doesn't look as defined/sharp it should be.

How about that you use the lightmap density viewmode that displays the texels on your screen. That way you can see how sharp it is.

You are on the way. Do some cuts on edges with sharp angles, and use the legacy Unfold to relax the critical parts of your UV shell.

The remove short edges setting appears to be buggy for now, leave it off. Throw out the seams/sharp edges, see if that does anything.
