Damn, everything you guys make looks so goood =D! I made a quick sculpt this morning and liked it so much I decided it to spend a little more time polypainting it =)
Awesome level Geledonutt! Nice hand study Dylan... hands can definitely be a challenge to get good. Cool dragon almighty_gir, gettin' me excited for Game of Thrones to start :) Done with the polypaint... time to retopologizzle.
started sculpting the head of the rhino from the dota 2 comic book this weekend. the comic is here if you haven't seen it. http://www.dota2.com/comics/are_we_heroes_yet/ still more sculpting work, and then i'll polypaint it too.
Haha. I tried to capture her whole range of emotion here, even if I didn't really get a likeness. To my credit, I tried not to take the easy way and paint a photosource onto her, it's polypainted by hand.
WIP high poly sculpt for a character model for Overdose. There's no head because it'll have interchangeable ones. I've got most of the things done, just need to do the feet/a few more accessories. Slapped a polypaint on 'em.
cheers scudz and jramauri! diggin the character swizzle, good distribution of details / shapes. Helmet? excellent heads vorge, love the polypaint another doodle from the other day... maybe thinking about turning it into a full monster character... probably not
Build that's a great head, lots of character and great features. ____________ Did some more sculpting, started blocking in polypaint in the clothes and face, and am starting to finish up some of the details. I'm thinking of using a different leg strapping, not sure yet.
More of the same crap from me... No photos used for the texture just hand-polypainted, but I was looking at a few old white male celebs for ref while sculpting & painting. I've linked an even higher rez version as well...just click the image.
lots of great work up here! those characters are great jamaica, hope to see them animated some day. here's a goofy zsculpt i did starting with a dynamesh sphere and then polypainted it. theres also a turnaround and sketch of him here http://www.ericspitler.blogspot.com/
