I had an issue with origin, with the purchase of BF4, and the support was flawless. In less than 24 hours i had all solved. And more than a year ago, with ME3 there was a problem with keys, so at the end as an apology, they gave me a free game of my choice. "Environment for Game" would probably be better as "Game Environment". Clicking on an image brings up a smaller version of the picture; this is pretty much the opposite of what I'd expect.
