I agree with Keven. Also, the mirror (I assume they're mirrors?) facing us isn't reflecting anything. It's this big solid grey area that attracts the eye. It's been bugging me, lol This came out amazing though, really awesome work! I like that you flipped the composition back and toned down the light coming from the corner. -

Usually people tend to go with resellers because they offer some rather attractive options. I am based in Toronto so I got mine from reflexnotebooks because that way I didn't have to pay any kind of brokerage fees. Some resellers like xoticpc offer some more customization options(if you live in the states that is). -

@badcog looks nice! My only criticism would be the top of the golden handle - I feel that if the handle were to be that 'rich' that it would be gilded or crafted into a piece more attractive. The form of the handle reads as if it should be stone, but because it's shaded golden, it has the appearance of raw gold. But maybe… -

My brother is going to be working for Intel in a few months. And he's already assured me that I will be able to take advantage of his employee discount. Cha-ching! I have an old Mac G5 that hasn't worked properly in years. I think I'll strip it down, and use its attractive case as the basis for a new desktop system. -

yeah i think it would be better if fast food companies and the like were banned from using any type of devices for attracting kids, like play grounds and toys... i mean the cigarette companies are not allowed to give prizes away for smoking anymore, and honesty i would rather take my chances smoking that a fast food diet. -

Except everybody would have to model characters fitting the specs and proportions of the original models, or animate from scratch. Don't get me wrong, it would be awesome, I just don't think having technical character import issues along with the need for a functional rig and animations is going to attract a large crowd,… -
