hi guys i am a student and a big fan of god of war just curious about how kratos's blades were animated ,i have seen that when he attacks the chains just came out of his hands, how can i do it in maya or max
i am having some problems with a shaking camera animating along a spline via WSM path deform. the problem is that the camera starts to shake(tiny little shakes) just after hitting an incline or a turn(in say....a race track). i'm sorry i can't post a video right now....but if anyone has had anything close to this…

Hey man, the first thing I noticed was the lack of vertical motion on the front and back of the horse. There also seems to be too much movement on the horses head. I hear ya about digipen, but it really is the best in the area. My personal feeling is that portfolio trumps any kind of paper it accompanies. looks great, i havent seen the anime so cant crit accuracy buy i think if you added some gloss and a ref map to parts of the paint, i tihnk it might push it a bit further very nice job
