Select the edges you want to connect, that will bridge the edge(s) you want to create. Use the "Connect" tool dialog box. Adjust the Slide amount. The added edge won't affect the silhouette of the object.
Oh, sorry dude. The young lady and I went out for dinner. I tried connecting to your server at 8:40 PM with no luck. "failed to connect" not sure if you were still running or not.
Hey everyone, Quick modelling question, I am making a building with four walls. It is one mesh, but the four walls are not connected. It does not raise the triangle count, but it does raise the vertices count. Is that a bad thing? Should I subdivide the walls and connect the vertices? Benton
Hi Frank, first of all, thank you so much for taking the time to write this in-depth feedback. I’m really grateful that you did that. The branches on the sword really don’t look like the ones on the shield, i definitely need to go back and redo a lot of stuff. i’ve already made some changes, ditched parts that I felt that…
Sorry I gave incomplete advice as I just tried this myself. 1) Connect "completed" into "reverse" on the left side (not the right). 2) Connect "reversed" on the right into "play" on the left. 3) Uncheck the looping option. Should work!
Not the case, this is not editable mesh where invisible edges permit this behavior, vertices in editable poly can exist only a) when there's at least two edges connected to them, b) as isolated verts where nothing at all is connected to them.
non fiction that makes you think? anything by Ray Kurzweil. The Selfish Gene by Dawkins. Any of the 'Connections' books by James Burke....those connections books are like 'Choose your own adventures'....only with information, invention and history!
Add a static switch parameter, connect the basic texture that the master material has to the true, and connect constant1 (0 or 1 depending on what you want) to false. Then you can disable the diffuse texture in the instance.
*opens up steam to launch Photoshop* *ERROR: Steam must be connected to the internet to run* *click 'offline mode'* *ERROR: Steam could not connect to the internet* fuuuuUUUUUUU But seriously, I've never gotten offline to work.
If i got the mesh i would just use the quixel suite, right now im trying to adjust the lines ive made and connect but its freaking impossible with the seams and not being able to see where the turret break and or is connected
