If you're going for budget, I can't recommend the philips 8420 enough. It's 30", HD, has an HDMI connector and component, and comes with free shipping! Of course you have to get it refurb for the extremely low price, but it comes with a 90 day warranty (and Philips has amazing service) in case you somehow get a lemon.…
