Hey guys, I have a problem, I hate Chamfer! I have this basic design I would like to chamfer so it would look metallic but when I do, it has some unwanted artefacts, they aren't huge but it bugs me so I ask you, what is the best way to do it?
I don´t know what I did, but every object in my scenes are transparent. I can turn on see through and it turns it on(in fact the model just gets darker) The only solution for me is to turn of transparency,but i don´t want that.Does anyone know how to fix this problem?:(

Hello,I'm trying to model a tree.I've used both 3pointshader and xoliulshaderII but I couldn't get rid of that problem.Alpha-mapped plane doesn't shows up the other planes underneath.That notorious problem prevents me to place alpha planes correctly and also looks wrong.I'm using max 2012.Picture: Thanks.

i do get mad! i cant find the script anymore where there is shortkey for connect cut bridge etc on shortcut "c" content aware depending on edit mode and or selection of 1 edge or two edges or to vertecies etc.. can someon provide the script or the link or the source!?
I tried to target weld some vertices; on one side they work but not on the other, instead of actually welding the vertices it looks like they're being separated. After doing that, I can't further target weld the "rogue" vertices. Attachment not found.
Is there a script that renders the front/back/left/right/top/down viewport of selected objects. So I would select a number of objects, run the script (and the script switches the viewports, frames the selected objects in the viewport and renders using the current settings?)
