Save trees, recycle polygons! Still have to rearrange the UVs, repaint some areas a little and do some cooler hair. Ok I found a super simple way to prevent the edge flipping without messing with the scale. Atleast I hope I did... it seems to work on my end. This is probably the last time I'll update the script unless you guys find a glaring issue. Anyway d/l again for a much more reliable version.… -

Max has no render layers system. Only render elements. You could try emulating them with scene states but i've heard nothing but bad things about scene states.
