Nice! This looks slick! I like how the bumper turned out but the upper corners (around the sign) and 4th corner down (at the bottom of the screen) seem to have 1 or 2 extra loops then needed. -

Nice lookin gun man. Looks like you have some inconsistant pixel density on your textures that kind of stands out though. It's really noticible on the 4th shot from the bottom. May want to work that out a bit. -

Glad to hear it! Yeah I think we generally run at 1/4th res on mobile, because mobile devices typically have super high DPI/high resolution displays relative to the power of their GPUs. -

Taxes are between 1/3d and 1/4th of your gross income over here, by the way. Again, depending on various factors (how clever your prospective tax advisor is, marital status, etc etc). -

Unless you are trying to work for JJ Abrams, please tone down the lens flare. ;) Seriously, though, it's an artifact you'll only see through glass (e.g. a camera lens), and tends to break the 4th wall.
