Here is a small kitbashed (from another, bigger model) Mech for our game. The rigging took me almost as long as the Kitbash :D (about 2 hours) 25 000 Tris here...
found this one in the news today: http://video.golem.de/mobil/1899/yearbook.html?q=medium news article (german) http://www.golem.de/0903/65615.html its shown at the cebit exhibitation in hannover
as long as the shader is using the arbfp1 and arbvp1 profiles they will work on both vendor's cards from around 2003 onwards. (actually there are some limitations on ATI cards but that should really only be on older cards)
Damn, was on the server about a couple of hours ago and now I got this response when trying to enter the server: Failed to login: java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code 503 for URL: http://session.minecraft.net/game/joinserver.jsp?user= [and some more]
Does replacing the stock portrait images with my own in Wizardry Gold count? (note: these aren't mine). There wasn't an editor, I just replaced files in the install directory. Otherwise it was UnrealEd2 from Unreal Tournament 2003. There was so much BSP back then.
It does look better, but it wouldn't be bad to use this to study a bit. You could probably find tutorials similar to this: [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZY3I7SyLQI"]Zbrush Character Sculpt - Mutant 004 - YouTube[/ame] for every part of your model.
hmm I tried to post a new topic for my folio update and got a message saying it has to be approved first been posting here since 2003 so i don't think I am a spam bot. Is this a short term thing?
Yeah, just a touch of color somewhere that draws attention. Shameless to use my own work, but this for example: http://www.laurenscorijn.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/002-700x388.jpg would've been a lot more boring if that red and yellow wasn't there.
hmm, strange... googlecode gives me a 403 when i try and download the viewer, no matter how i try and access it (direct link from here, link from the viewer's googlecode page, entering the url in the address bar). Any ideas?
Wow! 11 years, time goes by so fast. I've been lurking here since around the end of my college days in 2003 and have learned so much. Thanks to all you dedicated polycounters that make this community so awesome.
