Nice seeing you coming back to the sketch a day stuff Erik. Keep it up! :) Lephenix: Hmm i think you uploaded your image incorrectly. I can't see the image that you posted. Been painting more Zone 6 stuff.
Makkon: I like that if you can see pretty clearly where Star Wars got it's design choices from when you look up samurai armor. Cool sketches. I have watched to much and listen to Space Dandy. Soundtrack is to dandy for me.
YAY! Tacit is back! Epic work. 1hr lunch sketch. Brief: “This hulking frog-like monster can be found in secluded forests. It lures its prey, which includes humans and large creatures. It attacks with spines and draining magic. It is believed that there is something all of their kind seek.”
@EiGHT I've been playing a lot too. I hope that's your actual trainer name in-game, so good. I've been doing character sketches for all the members of my D&D party. Here's our dragonborn barb. Might give this another pass.
Random photo study: Timelapse below. I've followed a different process than I'm used to, and I'm surprised that such a horrible start became something decent. My sketches suck, I don't know how to go from grayscale to colors and I'm not good at drawing men either.
This is a sort of sketch I guess moof and boobs Btw, Erik, again totally sorry. You aren't Daven, and Daven isn't you. You are both mighty though, that is why I mixed you up :[ forgive me, I am but a person on the interwebs, lost in endless distractions
@Erik everyone thinks it's from Avenged lol. It's just a skull with wings, inspired mainly from zelda bubbles, but I'm definitely going to have to start listening to Avenged. Sweet character sketch by the way. I think it would be cool if the top half of her face was more in shadow
WOW! Been so long since I checked this page, Vacation terminated :D Lephenix and Ben - Sweet poses! Daily art 190 - 239 SOME of the stuff I sketched and painted during my vacation, to se the rest, check out my Sketchbook or blog! Traditional:
@TerraBite. yeah man for sure i can remove these if they don't fit. point was feeling a bit bogus posting to WAYWO since they're just sketches / ideas with no intention of being taken much further if there's a hard and fast ruling for no 3D works in here then my apologies. and i'll dump 'em
I tried something a little crazier this time with my sketch from a few pages ago. I probably should've been a bit more definite on my light sources though. I tried to avoid using soft brushes and I find that I tend to over use them.
