You might be better asking over in the Scripting section of the Unity3D forums; http://forum.unity3d.com/forums/12-Scripting But you'll want to add these lines to your OnCollisionEnter function; score -= 1; UpdateScoreText();
what do you mean by plugins? Let's make up an example of a simple game prop. Let's say it can have a 1024 normal map and it's intended use is in Unity3D. Does it make a difference then?

I am currently trying to learn how to properly use unity for a project but i'm not really sure where to begin, so far, all I know is how to use assets and to move objects and import objects. Where should I start now?
Choose Bumped Specular or something like that. Forgot the name, but anyway, that's what you need. You have to keep the specular on the alpha of the diffuse though. I don't think you can use 3 slots for that on the default Unity3D shaders.
