'Journey starts with a single step' and all that jazz. Picked up the game a few days ago, wanted to take a stab at making a skin, saw R13's post in the subreddit and figured what fortuitous timing. Not sure which weapon(s) I'll give it a try on, but already bubbling up a few ideas in the ol' noggin-cauldron. -

I've finished texturing most of my scene now, I'm currently working on improving the textures and detail, e.g. adding dust and grime, as well as thinking of what would add more personality to the scene in general and was hoping to get some feedback on how it looks so far, to see if people think I'm going in the right… -

$80 Just so I can have a DVD (HL2)
That's really aggravating. I can see "source" versions nice to have around. But honestly, I dont have lots of time to go through the original games for the 4th? time. Why cant they offer two versions of normal games these days? CD and DVD? The amount of CD's they have to pack into boxes now, should make them more expensive… -
