Sorry about the late reply once again I would like to thank you guys at the community for the help and support. This stuff has really helped me to grow as an artist and I really do appreciate you guys taking the time out to help someone out
More improvements on the skin shading, and I started working on the hair groom (I'm about halfway through (I still need to do a lot of refinements). Ps: Sorry she's missing eyebrows in this shot, I wasn't 100% happy with the result so I decided to redo them.
I think this might be your bigger issue here. Like hugeeeeee Red flag. If you need drug to function, it can be a huge problem. Not sure how " sorry for my attitude yesterday, I didn't smoke my daily dose of pot" would go with your manager.
3D training + 90% Uni courses in the world = $-scam.... :) Sorry, no offence. Just joking. :) I've never trained 3d/CG at uni/college but I've heard a few horror stories..... Yes, the feature is basically just to let you know which UV faces are flipped/inverted.
Sorry artquest I don't see the value your trying to describe. I checked the channel box and bevel options and I don't see it. (Maya 2014) Please screenshot or offer me a better description? Much appreciated. (or are you talking about editing something in your script?)
the "stretch" section is the one controls the tiling. if you want one slider (integer) to control the tiling, you'd need to write a function for it.. I did it once, but I forgot how haha, sorry :[ EDIT: I've figured a way to do it :] I attached an image with the steps. hope this helps!
Thanks for the feed back WOOT! :) The tires were suppose to be a place holder (forget to mention that sorry!). they are far too wide at the moment, I am just currently modelling and baking down the new tires which I will be present in my next screen shot. Thanks again :D
Hey everyone, sorry for not posting anymore. I've finished the scene in the last two months and am fairly happy with it. Just thought you guys should know since I've got so many responses. The scene and breakdown can be found under https://www.artstation.com/artwork/dLmLQ

Ah, I see what's causing it now - the material exists but it isn't pulling from the material library. Click the checkered circle next to the DynaMask for Varnished Wood, and select Wood - Lacquered in the material browser. That will solve this issue - we'll be patching this in a future update. Sorry about the trouble!…
