Well, you know what I mean. There are now next-gen graphics and you have to keep up with the latest tech and graphic quality, otherwise, it will be harder to find a job in the gaming industry if your portfolio looks like game art from 6 years ago.

Yes that's for the stretched part, your latest 2 images show the solution to this problem so you don't get any stretching. You will get seams though so you have to decide upon what you want do based on how you are going to texture it.
I'm going to ask the first question anyone probably will ask you: have you tried updating your drivers? Every time I've had a problem graphics related, it's usually helped me to get the latest drivers. Probably not a solution, but most likely a good start
You've shown a great deal of improvement from the female character at the start of this thread, to this latest one. I also like the face on this newest one, tho I think the head may be a tad bit large. I look forward to seeing where you take her.
