Here's the current finish on it. I've kept the original post quoted below. Managed to change the arms around so they aren't sticking out so far, finished the diffuse, and also added a normal+specular to it.
Hey, Layers Blending is interpreted differently in PSD. After exporting Diffuse Channel to PSD this is result It has some screen, overlay layers etc. Mudbox 2016 ext1 Any ideas?
1110 Tri's, 512x512 Diffuse/Normals/Specular. Its not very good i think. I think im going to redo it. What do you guys thinks? how can i make it better?

Thank you! I set it to subsurface mode, or whatever it's called, and then used 3 different fresnel layers on top of the diffuse to give a highlight and outline.
