If you want my opinion: Dont throw images on half ready meshes. I know its fun to see it colored but it doesnt help an makes it harder for you to see the problem areas. Work in shaded mode, improve the edgeflow of the polys and search for problem areas. Such like the 6-Star between the eyebrown, maybe inser some polys… -

Resetting your transforms is affected by your hierarchy, so if that piece in your image is a child of some other object with unfrozen transforms, your pivot point won't move to Origin.
