I feel like your texture has a bit to much noise in it. Both the sculpted part and the colour picked colours from substance designer. Hope it helps. you are doing an amazing job.

Really awesome work! The only think i can say is that the brows lose a bit of shape when you change to hair cards. I like more the shape they have in the sculpted stage
And my body sculpt: About the head, i started with a "more realistic "one but i decided to change to get closer to the concept: I'm not really sure about it. Critiques are really welcome of course.
I had some time to finally work on this and I would to share my progress on my trim sheet sculpt. First material I have created for the scene - done in Substance Designer.
Here are some shots of the blockouts I made in maya and in Marvellous designer. Made the belt ready for turning into a zbrush brush, but will apply them after cleaning up and sculpt the assets already in scene.
i guess my main crit would be that it feels kinda modern, i think a sculpting pass with some wear and imperfections would probably do it good. Are you using any reference for this?
This is seriously awesome work. My only critique would be that a bit further detailing in the face sculpt might be nice as his face feels a little smooth compared to how Geralt usually looks.
its oke you have little expierence, This is a hard surface so sculpting is not necesarry. But there are more bolts and stuff in there. :D post more soon so i can take a look again
Hey, just for practice in zbrush for tiling textures, i created this stone texture, did the base in max and then sculpted in zbrush. It wont be used in this environment but just wanted to post for any feedback.! Cheers.
