You really nailed the skin on this piece. The normals for the veins and scars came out really well and the folds in the cloak are very believable. Great work here!
you've got a lot of polygons in the chest part with the engravings that might be better spent on parts that deform a lot, like the cloak and robe. otherwise nice lowpoly
Latest concept. Needs some work obviously. I am not great at concept art. The chains on his cloak are embroidered and the gloves are nowhere near finished.
Although the burlap cloak is really well done, it's odd juxtaposed with the high tech footwear. Maybe you it could be made of a space blanket type material or something.

I think you have too many polys where it doesn't count like the head, hands and arms. And not enough in the hanging cloak. No one will care about the high poly parts because they will notice the cloak deforming very poorly. It also looks like you could easily rework the topology of the cloak to be all quads. That way if…
