So, that didn't get organized well.. Maybe next year? On the otherhand I DID win 2nd Place in the Battlefield 2 Tournament at the Nvidia booth. a Nice Pentium4 3.some-odd gig Processor with Fan. I was underwhelmed by the show and bummed I didn't get to hang out with the polycount crew. I was staying with some close old friends in Santa Monica, so it would have been a bit tricky not really spending any time with them If I was crashing at their place. jz i agree the hands look dumb, but honestly decent terrain would add more to game play and general asthetics than propper gun grip, also in the screens nothing looks verry amazing about the texture but i imagine il looks better in game like most normal mapped things (except battlefield V, and EQ2) i did not read too… -

Normal chains don't grip at all AFAIK. They just lie on the ground and the wheels grab into them. The surface area covered by the tracks should be sufficient to allow reverse on all but the worst terrain conditions. Is it really supposed to be that large? Im prettys sure Its the same one. And its largely because there is little to no hope of MSFT/FASA Interactive puting out another mechwarrior title any time soon. Mechassault doesnt count, that is an FPS with torso twist. Also according to the BT:MI guys they have the OK from WizKids to use the Battletech IP. -

Or borrow/trade games with friends. I think Blizzard and Valve have it right again with this one. Each copy of the game is linked to a Log-in ID to Steam or Battle.net. No reselling because it's linked to that account. Selling your account is a different matter. :)
