Hi I cannot seem to find the command for showing or hiding an object in the outliner via python, Ideally I want to batch through each of the objects in the scene and render them via script. Anyone able to help here? -- Edit found it : object.visible = True
Having a problem where when I open the UV editor the editor scales horizontally to fit both monitors, it's ridiculous. I was wondering if there was a way to save the size in a layout option somewhere or if I could control it's size by a script somehow. Any takers? Thanks!
I've exploded my High and low poly to bake. But when I select my LP and pick all my HP meshes I get this error. This is a first for me and I'm not very good at reading script. If anyone knows what this might be any help is appreciated.
Is there any method or script out there that gives you the ability to have 2 control points on an object so you can snap them independently on different objects? As currently, moving the pivot point and snapping to another vertex/point will disturb the previous pivot? Cheers for any help!
im thinking of getting the 3ds max projection painting script form mariussilaghi.com. As I want the painting proccess to seem a natural as possible. Are there ny other Projection painting 3rd party programs out there and has anyone had any experience/review with mariussilaghi's projection program? Thanks and I appreciate…
Hey guys, I have dragged the .mzp into the viewport to execute the script, it runs fine. When I hit Install I get a message saying "Error: Could Not Install". I'm using 3ds max 2012 (Service Pack 2) - 64Bit. Any idea on what is going on here?
yeah - as above. I want to spawn <n> child actors and allow the user to modify their transforms at editor time. The obvious ways don't work cos everything gets reset by the construction script. I'm sure this is doable, I'm just missing something any ideas? examples? thanks
I really don't know if this works since I don't use wacom anymore: But this thread is the most relevant thing I found. It's a script to use with autohotkey. https://autohotkey.com/board/topic/46687-wacom-tablet-and-switching-between-2-monitors/
Pretty cool script, I see you were at this for awhile, I'll try that today also. And yiannisk, I hear ya man! haha I think I need to spend more time in the community again, I'm losing touch! :) Cheers!
These 2 imgs are some older thumbs and a speed paint from other ideas that sort of fell into a script that Im currently writing. (as often happens with me) Its a scifi story founded on political and social issues with of course a twist of dark fantasy and adventure... - - - - - -
