Is there a way to assign a light to only illuminate a group of objects only where you can add and remove from the group of objects that can be lit by that particular light in ue4?

What I want is what the picture says. I have two separate fabrics the shirt and the tunic. When I set the swatches in PS as you can see I chose the same fabric. For both tunic and shirt. Would I have to redo the swatches in PS or is their a way to change the color separately?
