The rock texture size is really excessive given the relative size & importance; a 256 or even 128 would work as well. On the sign, over a third of your polys seem to be on the rope, and a large portion of your texture is on the rope as well; this really is a bit much for an accent piece. I'd have spent more of those… -

My only critique is that the grass is so tiny and ambiguous, that it just looks like artifacts. Make it larger and more pronounced to look purposely placed. Anisotropy, roughness, and normals are all highly interrelated concepts, just treat this as an effect where you feel its needed. In the future roughness maps will probably be anisotropic by nature in the next iteration of video game shaders, as that is far better solution (look up Valve's VR GDC talk). For now, use normals… -

I think you might need to scale the head vertically just a little. It looks like the concept might have a bit more cheek bone, cheek and jawline. I think if you push the tufty bits that point out on either side back so they sit closer to the rear corner of the jaw you might get abit closer. I don't think you're a long way…
