Put the time in to be an active and helpful member of the community and maybe you can join the moderation team. Polycount is ran on a volunteer basis, which is why you're getting teased. There are also rules to abide by This all depends on how much you enjoy deleting spammers and forum topic management. -

Please do something about the bot-spam
For several days now the Technical Talk -section has been plagued by spamming bots posting telephone numbers. This is similiar to the spam that has plagued the Blizzard forums in the past. PLEASE do SOMETHING about this - it's getting really frustrating for us users. If you don't have enough moderators then please consider… -

shogunOFdrums: Hi, I imagine your post was moderated before - there are no attachments on this forum, you have to upload somewhere (either your own FTP, or free sites like ImageShack, Dropbox or Photobucket), and put the images in the thread using [ IMG ] tags, or the "insert image" button in the post editor. -

Yeah, wages are definitely not higher out here in Euroland, and not even in the UK where they tend to be higher than the continent. Not only that, we also tend to get taxed a lot more. Some Euro countries have as much as 40% on income tax for people on moderate salaries (and even higher for the wealthy). -

Re: Interview Question: What Games Are You Playing
They will likely ask you why you like the games that you list, so it'd be worth having a bit of a think about some moderately intelligent analysis. If you're going for an art position, maybe pick out a few things that were particularly nice on either an artistic or technical level.
