Maya: Can't access file. "Error line 0: Error reading file." [SOLVED]
Edit: Updated service packs. When I open my Maya file I get an error message followed by a blank scene. Can't see anything in the outliner. Thank you for your reply. I turned off Use Albedo Alpha. It was made transparent. Thank you very much. However I couldn't make it good transparency. I made a color map with xgen. I made an opacity map by changing the level of the color map using Affinity Photo. Is it wrong to make it? -

Update: Attempted to see if it autoloaded. Checked the Maya plugins manager. My plugins manager would not open. I isolated the problem to the prefs/windowPrefs.mel file and replaced it with a default one. After looking at the file in notepad, it SHOULDN'T harm any of my custom tools or settings... right?
