Well, i think you are right in that some parts have more weight and influence than others. But which part this is is hard to nail down, and even differs from case to case. Dependant of what kind of game it is. The art is to find the right balance here, and to make the right parts shine.

Update time! Fiddling with stuff i got in a lot of awesome feedback, still need to try and get the hand size right in the front hand, a little bigger might be nicer. But spent most time on getting more detail on the staff and getting the face right! Hopefully it's going in the right way!
