I don't care if it's logical or right. Again, I'm offering no opinion on the virtue of the Patriot Act. I'm saying that its enforcement is not a criminal act. Slavery in the first 70 years of the United States wasn't right, but that didn't make it criminal. -

played around with it a little bit, im experiencing weird lag spikes, especially when the camera is still, when im moving the camera my fps is like 70-80 but when its static im down to 40-50. -

Im the same as adam. Ive done a whole painting and didnt realise i was on 100% opacity and flow till i finished :| . I dont think i know anyone who could tell between a flow of 75 and 70 -

Here's the problem with the whole,"what about when you get old? It'll look bad", argument: You're going to look like a mess when you hit 70, anyway! Will it really matter whether you have tattoos or not? -

Edit: Finished skin: Started a new concept sketch today. Asteria is a temporary name subject to change. I plan to add logos and text that make it a lot more 70s, 80s themed and will add grime when I apply the texture in 3D.
