Honestly, it's up to you. It really depends on your college. If you pick a great one, and put the time and effort into your classes, you can really learn new things. I went because "I" wanted a degree, and I wanted to be around people that would be in the industry. That being said I didn't even go for game design, but… -

Do you have an SSD drive? I'd seriously invest in one, I have a 250gb Samsung in my new 2 month old rig with a i7 3770k and it works very well. Windows 7 mind you, won't upgrade the OS yet. The 8/16GB RAM question, I went for 16GB but I think 8 is a more sensible option. Unless you're hitting 16GB levels and the software… -

I really like everything that's going on animation wise, great poses and facial expressions, timing is spot on. But the camera feels too static. It works, but I feel like a little more movement could add something. I'd try a a close up (to frame both faces) just before "I don't know...", and track their heads somehow… -

Hm yeah as I thought - your rims are pretty costly. They look like they're about 2K apiece, so for 5 wheels that is 10K triangles. There's no reason why the rims need to be ~40 sided when the wheels are ~30 sided, I'd say 20 or 25 sided because they are smaller. And even less sides all the way on the inside, maybe 16 or… -

Thanks, guys! The radio pieces aren't super high res. I think the max I used was 512 res. Boolean ops played a large part as well as masking and the clip curve. My main process was to make a shape that I needed to create a particular silhouette, and just slice into the primary dynameshed object. I have yet to use ShadowBox…
