Those numbers boggle my mind, for something like that creature with 19,500 8k textures, are they actually able to display the whole model within mari with all the textures applied? Wanted to share some progress shots of the Mark IV Tank I am making. Battlefield 1 has inspired me to make some old war assets. I am currently making the High Poly part of the project and will continue to update this thread with progress through the duration of the project.

In order to get hyped for Fallout 4, i created Gary the Ghoul :poly142:. Created in z brush and composited in Photoshop. I am new to 3d so any constructive feedback is welcome. Took a total of 3 hours 30 minutes.
Are there any general rules of thumb for how many UV maps an object should have, or how large the maps should be? For Instance I am in the process of creating the LP of this p90.
