It was suggested in another thread that custom marking menus are one of the best ways to speed up your modelling workflow just wondering if anyone has suggestions or examples of custom menus they have found useful.
ya i use a similar UVing markning menu to nightshade, and changed the default shift+rmb menu to point to my own bevel, chamfer and extrude tools over the Maya ones. than i also moved the insert edge loop tool from the object marking menu to the edge one, and made a copy of the interactive spilt tool in the vertex marking menu.
aside from that everything is stock maya.
my less commonly used tools, are all in custom shelfs.
I just wanted to say thanks again i have got a lot faster using marking menus just wondering how I make the custom uv editor marking menu. How do I modify the native MEL script is it very complicated ?

Quadrangulate is an improved one that first triangulates and then quadrangulates.
And this one is for the UV-editor. It's context sensitive and activates on a UV-selection. I modified a native MEL script for that.

I'm gonna replace Map UV Border (useless) for Orient UV shells instead.
The last one is highly recommended: especially having "Rotate 90 degs" and Flip UV's on a Markin Menu... that's just GOLD. A huge time saver.
Move A to B is a MEL-script: (And it operates on meshes)
