do a linear interpolate node, plug a constant value of 0 into A, a constant value of 256 into B, and plug your gloss map into the alpha of the lerp node. plug the result into specular power.

You don't need a normal map for this house. It's obviously lowpoly like for a DS or Iphone game and anyway you will never have a decent result with NM in a 256 texture for a whole building

I agree, you could easily get away with at least halving those sizes, e.g. 256 for the chain, a 1k for the body and keep the head as 1k if necessary. Dude looks awesome though :)

Something about collision and lighting that I am not sure of. Most likely lighting since bungie makes a big deal about its light mapping system seeing that they required 256 servers.
