i kinda like the lighting from post #130 more than the current one. it looked like fairly normal sunrise and stronger light gave the scene more depth. now the environment (especially the building) just looks more bland.

Two "medium" size displays > one big size display. It's not that expensive: two 22" 1680*1050 screens set you back like 130-150 euro's each here, that's still cheaper than one 24 or 26" screen.
yeah , i would like that tab feature ... in mozzila 1.6 (or was it 1.7 middle click opened in a new window .. and in firefox opens in a new tab .... so i had to get used to tabed browsing ... now .. i couldnt do without it .
Cooling isn't much of an issue, I have a system built inside of a Cooler Master Elite 130, stock cpu cooler and noctua fan in front, runs like a charm. People have done water cooled setups inside that case as well.

Right in anticipation of MW2 I was going to upgrade my rig, I currently have a BFG GTX260 896MB now do I SLi it which will cost £139 or get GTX295 £360 -..-; Then thers the processor which is currently a tweaked E2200 and Im looking at Q9950 12 mb cache £200.
Photo textured, retop, unwrap ( it's meant to be 13k tris), basic first textures, import to engine. Think it's looking ok so far. Gonna clean the textures up tomorrow...or later today. Start looking at getting hair on it. Little scared. But excited.
School project, 2d concept provided by school, 3d modeled character me, textured me, rig provided by school LP 13k tri 2048x2048 texture, looking for feed back :) I'll be updating more as I tweak the maps over the next week before submission.
