Surprisingly I've actually noticed that there is a substantial amount of blender users here. Blender sure has stepped up it's game for the past 5-6 years but it still has a long way to to.
Currently testing different designs for the backpack. Some minor head tweaks and other stuff. Did first steps into realtime fur today, hehe. Hope to finish highpoly by the end of this week.
Thank you ! It's not a very big step forward but now the "shell" part is done. More details will come like holes, lines... I'm currently working on the "mecha" part of the AK-47.
Thanks guys! @blood_falcon: Thank you, that means a great deal to me. You're right, MacroUVs are sparsely covered but incredibly powerful. And honestly, there are only a few steps to get it going. Cheers!
Continuing progress on my CM set. I'm taking a step back and thinking about reworking certain aspects of the design. There are a couple things I'm just not happy with....also, fur is HARD!
appreciate the breakdown dude! Just for clarification... At step #2 I assume you used a program like 3ds max or maya to create the highpoly retopology? (not zbrush). Then add details in zbrush.
Can you pack up your high and low models along with a project file and email it to me? alecmoody@gmail.com Also, can you clarify the exact steps to reproduce the crash?
Hey Studtoprof - try these steps: Close Photoshop Run Photoshop as an administrator Close Photoshop Run the Suite, then try running 3DO If the issue persists, please let me know.
Its the same idea; As you can see its very easy to get proper scale now. The next step would be to use ~ and pan over to fill in the missing brick for that row.
