Solved: Error running 3do on Photoshop CS4

Hey guys I'm having a problem using Quixel 2.0(specifically 3D0)with Adobe photoshop CS4.
When I select the 3D0 button it begins loading and then returns the following error:
system.runtime.interopServices.COMException (0x80029C4A): Error Loading type library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029c4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY))
Does anyone know what is the cause?
System Info:
Intel Core i5-4670
RAM 16GB
Windows 8 64bit
AMD FirePro V5900 FireGL
223GB SSD + 1TB HDD

Close Photoshop
Run Photoshop as an administrator
Close Photoshop
Run the Suite, then try running 3DO
If the issue persists, please let me know.
