maya uv texture editor image wont show turns white
ok here is another issue im having with maya 8.5, my texture shows up just fine on the fish,but i need to adjust some verts to line up the textures better in the uv texture editor, but the image wont show up,it just turns white when i try and turn it on using display image on and off button, anyone know what the cause… -

@ pixeldamage: I think the video might only work for Maya 2009 I use 8.5 at work so it didnt work for me either. If the script works for you, cool. If not, and it doesn't matter that your pivot points are not in the centre of the object then try my method, that should work alright. If u need to quickly move pivot points… -

A few more runs of Moore's Law and we might be able to get 4-8 passes going in realtime. A transition away from, and all the problems of, a scanline rasterizer and towards a system with full-scene realtime reflections and raytrace lighting with better control. If your going to go with windows 10, get windows 10pro. It will allow you to choose your updates (If I understand correctly), unlike the home edition which forces them upon you.
