In the renders you have really nice highlights on the edges, but when I look at the wireframe you only have hard edges. How does that work? I always thought you need to add a bevel to the edges to get a nice reflection or is the model smoothed, but from looking at the wireframe it seems like the model wouldn't look good… -

Great stuff, you might want to pull his head out a bit with a soft select when he's wearing the armor, kinda lose his neck in all that. One of the modelers here has tried cloth sims and zbrush, but prefers modeling the creases by hand, for better control. I agree, and I think the results speak for themselves. Max 2008 UVedge color bug?
Hey everyone. I was wondering if any of you had an answer for why Autodesk decided to mix an object's wireframe color and the UV line color in Max 2008 and hopefully how it can be fixed? I know the wireframes are visible in the 3D viewer on your website, but I think you should add images with wireframes as well as UV/texture maps to show you know what you're doing. Yeah, I always thought that was pretty daft, at least give us the option to keep it one color, because I use black wireframe most of the time, because it looks better when viewing it in shaded mode with wireframe on. While blizzard does paint the undershorts on their models, they also model them to include space for those models. This includes space around the crotch, because shorts of the time weren't form fitting. The shorts also hang off the butt in the back, rather than form fitting there.
