Skilled 2d artist required for a mmorpg.

I experience performance issues (go from 90+ fps to 3-15) when 1 of 2 is true: 1. I'm running several programs (specifically a beefy udk scene) or 2. I'm working on a max scene with a shit ton of opacity maps. -

We have 2 makerbots in there, and 2 fancier printers..that I can't remember the name of, but they print nicer metals and I believe even wood? If I heard correctly. Then we've also got a handheld 3d Scanner. Not sure we'll purchase anything new. -

Thanks guys for the feedback :) I have to do between 2 minutes and 5 minutes for my final year project. However, I might keep it at the length it is now. Would much rather have 2 minutes of good animation then 5 minutes of mediocrity. -

What do you say about the witcher 2? I have no idea how big it is, how much quest and ai and all that shit there is. But that game looks fucking pretty! Compare skyrim and witcher 2, skyrim is shit. Then, CD projekts are ~300 people.
