For the overlay option you can use a paper texture image with a certain blend mode, like multiply or overlay, and adjust the opacity to something you like. http://graphicburger.com/12-paper-textures/
You should know what to charge per hour. And you should be able to guess how long this will take. Is it full time for one month? What's 1/12 of your yearly wage?

Trying to create a lightmap with render to texture, tried adjusting padding amount from 2 to 12 but it makes no difference at all. I could paint out the errors but I want to know what the problem is and potential solutions? Anyone? thanks
I have enabled dx 12 and ray tracing in project settings. And if I disable "cast ray trace shadows" the shadows are there. And the sky light doesn't change at all, no matter what I choose.
