afaik that stuff is still not exposed through the scripting API could you use a smart material to set up a template and just replace the textures for each material ?
I have removed the white mini-fridge (Idk what it was really lol) and replaced it with a generator I modeled. Textures will come next off course. Generator Blockout

There is nothing complex on the screen. For basic stuff it does work fine even in Maya. But Substance needs a lot of GPU ram. I wont use it as a Workstation replacement.
