Hi guys, I'm seeking a foliage artist for a 3D Action Fantasy Adventure. We need semi-realistic foliage, whether it be image-based textures or hand painted. Within those guidelines the style is pretty much up to you! If you're interested in talking or hearing more about the game, please send me an email with your portfolio…
Hey people! I was a bit inspired by Borderlands and their stylish cartoony models but rather than that I wanted to maintain a realistic appereance doing the model, this will be the last humanoid model for this year. Included as well a marmoset turntable, further on I will concentrate on some UE scenes to see how they could…
Lets give this a try, I'm trying to bulk up my portfolio with realistic stuff before my visa expires and I have to head back to the states. Planning on using lots of tiling textures and masks that I'll generate through Zbrush and Photoshop. Once I've got the bulk of the environment put together I'll take a crack at…

Hello fellow polycounters! I'm in the last two months of getting my degree in Game Art and I want to prepare one or two character portfolio pieces. Do any of you have advice on what makes an effective character artist portfolio piece? I want to be able to show I can do both realistic and stylized, but beyond that I am at a…
February 06 2020 (Part 2) Went a little higher in the subdivisions, I think it already looks really realistic! Maybe I'm wrong cause I'm looking at it too much, but I do think its still a big improvement! Hope it's clear I'm making a woman now xD
You clearly did a lot of work here and seem to have invested a lot of time into your work. That's good of course. To me however, it looks as if you mixed different styles. The humans look quite stylized/cartoonish while the environment itself, especially the foliage is more leaning towards a realistic style.
UPDATE: New props: - Books that change their material color by moving their position inside the scene. - Small tables. - Wood shelving. - Phonograph. - Candle lights changed to movable in order to see subsurface scattering. - Enabled distance fields for realistic shadows. I would be very grateful if you keep giving…
