I wondered there is no so much tutorials focusing on texturing skills. Looks great, but Blender's UV sync system is terrible and so frustrating to work with. There is one excellent addon called UV Highlight that fixes this to be like other 3D programs, but sadly the dev won't be porting to 2.8. This would be such a great addition to your addon.
Theres nothing similar to my knowledge Articy draft is pretty cool and has a lot of very nice unique game-dev features, too bad its so overpriced, would really enjoy using it too and even their trial was such a mess to activate
I'm pretty sure only Pixar could pull of a lighthearted TMNT movie. Bay would probably get closest to the original films from the 90s, Nolan's would be darker, and Del Toro woud have some trippy ass turtle designs.
@ faithG.... yes...I might go for some kind of bump with the clothing pattern... updates: been working on finishing up the accessories. Wasn't crazy about the pauldron in the concept so took some liberties with it.... cauldron sculpt and some look dev for the metals...

Thank for the tips and i already found out about Zacharias videos. In Mudbox i was also experiencing problem with heavy mesh so i think this will be similar in Blender. I was using zbrush also in the past but as an indie dev it's out of my reach.
Everyone forgets about Hawken when talking about mechs :( . The side (air) dash may have been borrowed from the Hawken update a year or so ago, unless that feature was implemented early in the COD dev cycle. Regardless, looking forward to this.
