How to improve my texturing skillz

I wondered there is no so much tutorials focusing on texturing skills. Dear polycounters help me, i'm interesting on every next-gen tutorials, kinda to improve my skill for lvl used in Destiny or Alien:Isolation. PBR stuff, there is so sick of information across web.
All great minituts or payeble tutorials for PBR texturing is pleased here.

Best place to start is the Marmoset PBR primer:

It will explain the concepts of PBR and pretty much answers everything you will want to ask.

So far as actually improving your skills at texturing itself, you really need to provide us with more information. Good questions = good answers. Perhaps you could show us some of your current work.

Thx for reply, i already read the introduction to PBR, but mine problem is that i think i'm doing all for the wrong pipeline,so i was searching for some videos for see how other do their materials, just cleaning photos and adding em to model isn't fine to me.
OilTank i Worked on my spare time. I don't understand how to create wooden parts for exmpl, wood i make is seems crap to me =\
